What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Essentially the difference between life coaching and therapy is that coaching helps you find the skills you need to eventually be your own life coach. This process is about helping you to see the path you want to take and giving you the map and compass you need to be able to follow it.
Life coaching does not diagnose people, while therapy often determines illness and pathologies so patients can be treated.
How do the Inner Works life coaching sessions work?
The first step will be to book a complimentary Clarity Call. During this time we aim to better understand what you want to achieve through the life coaching process and also give you an idea of what coaching with us will be like.
Once we have this information we can work out a bespoke life coaching plan just for you. This will detail the suggested duration and frequency of your sessions and potential outcomes that you can expect to see from the process.
Please note, the coaching plan will be your guide but may change as we work together, based on your needs.
Each session is different, but we will always start with a recap of what we aim to achieve during each session and always end with your feedback. This way we can keep focused on your goal and celebrate your milestones along the way.
Throughout the journey, you are in the driving seat and the speed at which you achieve your results will be based on your openness and willingness to show up for yourself. We promise to empower you towards achieving your goal and leave you in a place that enables you to take forward whatever you learn about yourself into life beyond our sessions.

Will we be working face to face or over Zoom/Teams?
Sessions will be remote, and once you book your session an email confirmation will be sent to you with details of how to access our Zoom meeting room.
Can we have a chat before getting started?
Yes, of course, it is important that we feel happy working together and have a good understanding of what your short and long-term goals are. It is also a good opportunity to ask any questions that aren’t covered here! Please book in for a complimentary Clarity Call.
How long does coaching typically take?
Everybody is different and so is every coaching journey. It is almost impossible to say how long any journey of self-discovery might take from start to finish. Even if we can sometimes see the final destination ahead of us. There are often hidden valleys and detours. However, if you have a set timeframe in mind we can certainly try to work towards this, so long as it is realistic. We will always check in with you during every session to ensure we are staying on track and will make adjustments based on your feedback and your needs.
HOW MUCH DOES COACHING with the inner works COST?
Investment in your journey can be made in blocks or one at a time based on your circumstances and each session runs up to 1hr
Block of 5 sessions: £333
Block of 3 sessions: £210
Pay as you go: £75 per session
