For a long time, life kept me busy. With a demanding job working at a London based tech company and many opportunities for travelling all around the world, I had plenty of distractions.

But despite outwardly looking like I had everything, I knew I was living on autopilot deep down.

It felt like my inner compass was always slightly off of my true north. I was walking through life with a constant niggling feeling that there was something else that I was meant to be doing.

It didn’t help that I kept myself so distracted that I simply didn’t have the energy left in me at the end of the day to work out what was missing. I buried the feeling deep down and continued to find new ways to keep myself from slowing down long enough to face how I felt.

Then, along came 2020, and we were all collectively allowed to press pause on life as we knew it. I took this time as a unique chance to stop and listen to what my gut had been telling me all along and I discovered parts of myself that had been buried for a long time. Finally, my inner voice had its chance to speak and it was guiding me towards a life of service to others.

A few synchronicities later, as we approached October of that year, I decided to leave my successful 13-year long career. It was time to focus on my journey of self-discovery, leading me to set up the Inner Works and become an integrative life coach.

Although the path isn’t always clear, sometimes winding back on itself a few times before moving forward, I can confirm that the niggling feeling has gone. It has been replaced with a deep satisfaction for where I am at along my journey. Now, guiding you towards attaining this same level of satisfaction is my mission!

Over the past few years, I have trained as an NLP Master Practitioner and certified Reiki Level Two practitioner. This allows a uniquely tailored and holistic approach in the way I work with each person. After all, we are all rare and beautiful in our own ways. What works for one person might not work for somebody else. I want to meet you where you are now and help you journey to your true self.
